- Asphalt shingles: This is the type of roof most homeowners first think of when envisioning a roofing project. The three-tab asphalt shingle is most commonly used for economic value. However, even though most only offer a 20 or 25 year warranty on their 3 tabs, Roofing Solutions can still achieve a 30 year warranty in the Traditional Three Tab Shingle market for our good customers should you desire the Traditional shingle on your property.
- Architectural shingle: Similar to an asphalt shingle, the architectural shingle is made to be thicker and the layers are staggered to give the roof a more architectural look. These shingles are slightly more expensive than asphalt shingles.

It is our preference to remove all materials and get a good visual of the roof deck, especially should we identify potential soft spots, an inadequately ventilated roof deck and on older homes. We will be providing our warranty based on the condition of this roof deck so we want to be sure and keep our percentages high in the way of optimum performance and results on your behalf.
