We performed a site visit at the request of a local insurer on behalf of his client….this was just after the December tornado outbreak in 2015. This property was a home that Roofing Solutions installed a complete new roofing system in 2013. Our homeowner was alarmed, finding debris on her property from the near by twister’s path. Concerned, we hustled out there given the proximity to the tornado area……upon evaluation, we were happy to see that our good roof installation held up under the catastrophic conditions that had occurred nearby… The house, rising up 2 stories and open to and adjacent field, held up against the estimated 90-125 mph tornado winds that blew through….. no shingles blown off, or damaged…..We removed a lot of foreign debris from her roof, but our good roof installation held up against the elements, protected our homeowner, maintained its integrity and was not compromised by the challenging weather. Roofing Solutions is grateful for our good crews. We appreciate our guys. Our installers make us great. There are no shortcuts to a good roof installation – straight lines, nail placement, 5-6 nails on each shingle, always careful on our cuts. Our customers appreciate our installers, our team, who exercise consideration for their property and clean up in fantastic measure every day that we are on site. Insurers appreciate our guys who take pride in the fact that years after the install, our product and results are still superior, protecting their insured… We are thankful for our repeat customers, local agents and Realtors who put their trust in us. We do not take that trust and consideration for granted…. We are pleased when we expectations are met; especially when we see our efforts hold up, like this snapshot of performance that we observed in this case.
